No Returns on Clothing
- Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on clothing items.
Refunds
- In special cases where a return is accepted, a return handling fee of 40 AED will be charged.
- Refunds will be processed after deducting the return fee, and only once the returned item is received in unused, original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available with a handling fee of 40 AED per 2 sets.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
